The concept allows entrepreneurs and start-ups the ability to launch their business in an amazing brick and beam office, without the high costs typically associated with these times of spaces. Furthermore, you will be able to network with likeminded individuals who can help you take your business to the next level.
Membership starts from as little as $95/month for a Collective Membership, which includes 2Hr/Month of Boardroom Booking, A Downtown Mailing Address, Access To Online Collective Network, Invites To Special Events and Neighbourhood Perks + Benefits
From there you can move up to a Hot Desk rental which allows you to use a variety of desks set aside for the Hot Desk program plus some other bonuses like beverage service (which includes a stocked fridge with craft sodas and beer, tea and coffee), janitorial services, additional board room time and black and white printing. Hot desks cost $250/mth.
If you need a place to park your stuff at night, the next level up is a dedicated desk where you will have your own filing cabinet and a desk dedicated to YOU. Dedicated desks come with a Herman Miller chair, lamp and filing cabinet, along with an additional 2 hours of board room time and all the other available in house services and perks. This plan costs $500/mth.
If you have your own team, Verkspace has several private offices. Private offices can hold as few as 2 people (or 1 if you need a large space to yourself) to as many as 6 people and range from $1200/mth to $3200/mth. These offices come with even more board room time than the dedicated desks.
Prices listed are discounted based on a 1 year agreement but shorter term (including month-to-month) options are available.
