Some of you who know me well know that a while back I launched a personal brand called Elevate Real Estate so I just wanted to clarify what this is all about.
When I started this site I was living downtown Toronto in Cityplace so the condo market was my key focus. But in 2015 my wife and I purchased a house in Mimico and as my real estate business grew I began getting some listings for homes and it didn’t make sense to put TorontoCondos.org on the front of a house. When I joined Blue Elephant in 2018 they helped me create a personal brand to better reflect what I do, and hence Elevate Real Estate was born.
My South Etobicoke Community Group has since grown to nearly 4000 people on Facebook so it became very important to add this to my business. Long story short TorontoCondos.org is just a website that I run under the Elevate Real Estate brand and may make some changes to this site eventually to reflect this.
Elevate to me is all about Elevating the customer experience, the buying process and the industry as a whole. Providing the best advice and always putting the customer’s needs first. I still religiously track what is going on in the Toronto Condo market, but I also do spend a lot of time studying the market in South Etobicoke so I thought it was important to have the two identities depending on what the needs were for the client so from time to time you may see each on this site or my social media channels.
The long term goal is to build Elevate into a real estate team and this is starting to happen with the changes at my brokerage and us becoming a full service brokerage with more support staff. We will now have dedicated marketing staff and other support staff to make this a reality. Eventually I will be adding other Realtors and if you are a Realtor and this interests you or you like what I do, hit me up!
